Reales Alcazares (Royal Palace)

The oldest Royal Palace still in use offers an itinerary through medieval history and was mainly decorated during the reign of Pedro I, king of Castilla and Leon, in its unique Gothic-Mudejar style. The result is a magnificent building in which aspects of Islamic tradition blend with Spanish Christian elements.

Furthermore the Alcazar, with its private Hispano-Arabic gardens, provided with tropical trees and fountains, always invites for a stroll and to spend some more time there.
